  • Article is new and long enough. I cannot access the ref #4 of "Amnesty International" somehow. After checking with Duplication Detector tool, I am not sure whether the phrase similarities with ref #5 of "Human Rights Watch" and ref #7 of "Iran Human Rights Documentation Center" are acceptable. A rewording would help. The intro is unnecessarily long, it repeats almost everything in full-length what comes in the following main text. Shortening would not bring the prose size under limit anyway. Hook length is under limit, and its fact is accurate and cited inline. Do we need wikilinks for "teacher" and "poet" in the hook? QPQ review by the nominator is missing. (The nominator has at least five DYK credits.) --CeeGee 20:07, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
  1. Ref #4 Amnesty International works no problem for me.
  2. Isn't the WP:lede supposed to reflect the entirety of the content of the article? Happy to have someone condense it, or I'll do it myself.
  3. In terms of duplication issues, HRW ref #5 is primarily direct quote, so if you select "remove quotations" from the detector, not much comes up. Ref #7 IHRDC also appears to be primarily a direct quote as well. Definitely open to changes though. Plot Spoiler (talk) 19:32, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
  • DYK is much biased, romantic presentation of person charged for preparation of terrorist attacks as "teacher and poet", and presenting terrorist charges as some "religious lunatic". Which side is truth we can not known, but presenting just one is simply violation of NPOV policy. --SeanKesser (talk) 02:43, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
  • Feel free to include Iranian gov't sources, but the page relies on multiple WP:RS. Plot Spoiler (talk) 19:33, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
  1. Sorry, but I have still problems as I get the message "Oops! www.amnesty.org seems to be having issues." However, I accept AGF.
  2. That's correct. However, not almost duplicating the main text. I'm sure you can summarize it. Pls note that this is not a must for the eligibility.
  3. I mean exactly that. Direct long quotations for a not-long-sized article make it poor. Rewording would help great.
  4. Issue with WP:QPQ review is still open.
  5. One another newspaper ref would clear the issue raised by SeanKesser I guess. --CeeGee 20:09, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
  1. The QPQ is completed.
  2. The quoted material is quite brief and challenging to articulate in a different manner, so I've kept it as is for the time being. I don't think it's necessary to change, but take a crack if you'd like.
  3. Similarly, I think the lead text fulfills WP:lead and it is unnecessary to condense it further, but I'm open to you or others revising it. Plot Spoiler (talk) 22:37, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
  • AGF on refs I cannot access and in foreign language. QPQ review is done. Can go even though I'm not happy with the outlook of the article. --CeeGee 09:14, 16 February 2014 (UTC)
